Lucy Butcher is the only award winning,
certified master real estate stager and interior
redesign specialist in Colorado, who has served
hundreds of clients throughout the Rocky Mountain
West for more than 20 years.
Lucy is the president of
Presentation Is Everything, LLC and
specializes in transforming outdated and cluttered
homes into ‘works of art’ so that they sell quickly
and for top dollar. Her world class
customer service is well known by leading realtors
and homeowners alike who repeatedly use her staging,
redesign, relocation/move-in, design and color
consultations and project management services.
Homes that are professionally staged by Lucy are
typically under contract within 3 to 27 days and
have some sold the same day they were placed on the
market. Lucy saves her clients money by using
existing furnishings, artwork and accessories they
already own. When the need presents itself, her
extensive inventory of props help to create the
“WOW” reaction when buyers come through the front

She and her associate Erica
Starich of Star Interior Solutions, Highlands Ranch, CO,
have won first place nationally in both Living Room Design
and Accessorizing categories at national industry
conferences, 2006 and 2007. Their combined talent has helped
produce swift and successful home sales all along the Front
Range as well as outside Colorado.
Lucy is an active member of the
Interior Redesign Industry Specialists (IRIS) whose
certification represents hundreds of documented hours of
on-site training and classroom testing. She currently serves
on both the Nominating and National Staging Education and
Certification committees with IRIS. This involvement in her
industry and professional organization helps further her
vision of having all professional stagers nationally
certified.
Lucy also is the proud owner of “Inventory Guardian, LLC,
which is her latest adventure with her entrepreneurship.
Inventory Guardian, LLC will soon be launched as the only
inventory tracking software system offered under $1000.00.
IG is so affordable, user friendly and web based, which
makes it accessible 24/7 from anywhere in the world. Lucy
prides herself in her ownership of her two “woman owned”
business.
As a member of the National Speakers Association she
regularly presents staging and redesign programs to local
organizations and real estate groups. Lucy has been featured
in national and local print media and is a member in good
standing with the Pikes Peak Realtors Association, Women’s
Council of Realtors, National Association of Professional
Organizers and the IRIS Denver/Mountain Chapter.

Redesign Industry Specialist (IRIS) 2006 Convention, in San
