Our Real Estate Staging
services will professionally prepare your home for sale.
Our staging method is a bit different from other staging
professionals as we rearrange your furniture, artwork and
accessories to accent the architectural structure of each
room of your home, while making your home appear spacious
and welcoming the moment the prospective buyer enters your
home. Staging is meant to showcase your home as close to a
“model home” as possible, which will not only increase the
value of your home, but will also decrease the time your
home is on the market.
As we stage we might add
additional inventory to enhance the beauty of your home for
a minimal rental fee. Our staging services are charged on
an hourly basis and our “working window” is from 2 to 10
hours depending on the square footage
of the home and the
number of rooms being staged.

Interior Redesign is the art
of using the homeowners existing furnishings, artwork and
accessories to create a new visual and warm experience while
accenting the architectural structure of each room. Our
redesigning services will showcase your furnishings as we
enhance your homes best features, without additional
purchases. The interior redesign “working window” is the
same as staging.
This service is a one time
visit to preview your home only, before we stage or redesign
your property.
During our design consultation
we will do a walk-through of the home with the homeowner and
discuss what we feel needs to be completed to enhance the
sale of your home. This includes viewing the home from
across the street to discuss the homes “curb appeal”, as we
address all issues to enhance the sale of your home.
A comprehensive written report
(fondly dubbed by a client as the “Lucy List”), outlining
specific improvement suggestions, will be provided. No
furniture is rearranged during a consultation, this is
included only when staging or redesigning. Consultations
will take approximately 1 to 2 hours.
After the move to your new
home has been completed, we will rearrange your furniture
and accessories to enhance the look and feel of your new
home.

Project management is sometimes needed when clients must
leave town or have no time to oversee their home projects to
the end.
When a homeowner decides to sell their home sometimes they
are overwhelmed with the planning, arranging and “pulling it
all together” to get their home ready to sell and for top
dollar.
Lucy is an expert in managing small to large projects and
taking them from the beginning to the end. She will contact
and set appointments for the painter, carpet layers, the
cleaning service, etc….. She will also keep all “worker
bees” on schedule to make sure the project is completed by
the date required.

attitude!

We work closely with the
Realtor and Homeowner to provide this needed service.
The Homeowner will need to provide a couch, love seat,
end tables, coffee table, and dining room set, by either
leaving these items in the home, renting them or
borrowing them from family or friends. Presentation Is
Everything, LLC does not carry the larger furniture pieces in
their inventory, because of logistics. We do have some
smaller pieces to accent with vignettes.

will then provide their inventory “Props” like
accessories, greenery, and artwork, which will enable
the “Stage to Be Set” to sell the property. There is a
rental fee for each “Prop” placed. The “Prop” rental
fee is due upon completion of the staging and is paid 30
days in advance. The Homeowner or Realtor (when
applicable) will be billed for the next month’s rental
on the anniversary date of the staging for 90 days, at
which time the contract will be renegotiated or the
“Prop” will be removed.
NOTE: PIE realizes how
important it is to have some furnishings in your vacant
homes, so we strive to make this work for both the
Homeowner and the Realtor.

This can be a unique gift for
family members or friends and given for housewarmings,
birthdays, weddings and as holiday gifts.
